Shoei RF-1400

Shoei is proud to present the RF-1400, the latest addition to their iconic flagship RF lineup. The RF-1400 continues the tradition of excellence, with a focus on safety, design, comfort, and noise reduction.

The aerodynamics of the RF-1400 have been refined through extensive wind tunnel testing, resulting in a 6% reduction in lift and a 4% reduction in drag compared to its predecessor, the RF-1200. The compact, aerodynamic shell shape maximizes ventilation while also making it the lightest SNELL approved full-face helmet in Shoei's offerings.

The new CWR-F2 shield system, featuring Vortex Generator technology, contributes to the helmet's quieter design while providing improved visibility. An airtight window beading system ensures a wind and waterproof seal, while voluminous cheek pads and removable ear pads help reduce wind noise.

The RF-1400's shell is constructed using a proprietary matrix of hand-laid interwoven layers of fiberglass and lightweight organic fibers, meeting SNELL M2020 and DOT ratings and providing optimal impact absorption. The dual layer of multi-density EPS foam liner aids in impact absorption and allows unrestricted airflow through the channels created in the liner.

The helmet features a fully removable, washable, adjustable, and replaceable 3D Max-Dry Interior System II for comfort and sweat dissipation, as well as a CWR-F2 Base Plate System for quick and smooth shield changes.
