This helmet is designed to conquer any terrain, combining rugged durability, advanced safety features, versatile functionality, and the distinctive Sovereign graphics. The all-new V-460 visor was fine-tuned and perfected in SHOEI’s wind tunnel to achieve the optimal balance between aerodynamics and traditional visor functionality.

A well-ventilated helmet is essential for dual-sport riding, so the Hornet X2 spent valuable time in SHOEI’s wind tunnel to achieve the perfect balance between airflow, silence, and functionality. The helmet is equipped with a fully removable, washable, adjustable, and replaceable 3D Max-Dry System II interior capable of dissipating sweat 2x faster than traditional nylon interiors.

The wide and tall field of vision provided by the CNS-2 Shield allows for visibility and protection from the sun's damaging UV rays, while the QR-N Base Plate System facilitates quick and efficient shield changes. Additionally, the roomy eye port accepts goggles when the shield is in the fully open position, and the dual-layer/multi-density liner provides enhanced impact absorption.

The SHOEI Hornet X2 Adventure Motorcycle Helmet is also equipped with an Emergency Quick Release System that allows for the safe and easy removal of cheek pads from an injured rider's helmet. Certified for safety and performance, meeting FMVSS 218, Snell M2020D, and DOT-218 standards, this helmet weighs only 3.99 lbs (Size Medium), ensuring a lightweight yet durable build that sets new benchmarks for adventure touring helmets.
