Ventilation Performance After extensive testing in SHOEI’s wind tunnel, the J-Cruise II’s ventilation performance was significantly improved. An additional intake hole in the upper air ventilation system increased the air volume entering the helmet by approximately 30 percent.

Aerodynamics Performance The J-Cruise II’s wind tunnel-optimized design strikes the perfect balance between airflow and silence, with a compact, aerodynamic shell shape, integrated spoiler, and streamlined air intake and exhaust vent covers. This reduces upward lift force by 7 percent and forward drag force by 1 percent.

Noise & Wind Turbulence Reduction Refined in SHOEI’s wind tunnel, the aerodynamic shell shape reduces wind noise, while the integrated air dam reduces wind turbulence inside the shield, providing a quieter ride.

CJ-2 Shield & Base Plate With a massive field of vision, the CJ-2 shield offers protection from 99% of the sun’s damaging UV rays and is Pinlock EVO Ready for easy lens changes. The internal sun shield provides instant relief from sun glare.
